17.9 Minor Backend Update

Release Notes:

1- Appointment tab for old versions apps will be removed.

2- Logics to display cancel and check-in button switches, Now only if the flags are up the buttons will be shown, they will be hidden in any other case

3- When the app is set to shut down, it will be shut down, no matter where the user has navigated.

4- Form issue in which the shaking icon appears after submission has been resolved.
