This is an update from looking at the patient when the automation was created now we look at the patient when the automation should get triggered.

Patient Re-Engagement System –  this system has now been updated to not only trigger when the patient reaches the exact milestones but if the patient is inside and over the duration, the patient is also only sent one re-engagement. An example of the patient has been absent from your practice for one year and you have a three month is six months and a one year engagement. We will only send one year engagement not the three and six month re-engagement. Very excited about this update as well.
