FXMedSupport Terms of Service
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Your Service Agreement.
Everything you’re agreeing to when you enroll in Basic, Pro, or Elite. Plain English. No fine-print games. The legally binding versions live in our Master Subscription Agreement and Terms & Conditions — this page is your map.
Last updated: May 17, 2026.
AT A GLANCE
What’s new in this agreement.
Six things changed in May 2026. They all favor you, with one trade you need to understand: the first month’s subscription is now non-refundable. Here’s the full picture.
$99 sign-up for Basic, Pro, or Elite — down from $199, $1,000, and $2,000.
Monthly billing starts when integration completes, not when you sign up. No charges during the build.
30-day money-back on the $99 — full refund of the sign-up fee. The first month of subscription is non-refundable.
Same 12-month commitment, now with tier flexibility — Basic, Pro, and Elite are interchangeable across the clock.
13th month complimentary — stay 12 months and we cover your 13th month’s base subscription.
The 13th-month gift is capped at the first 100 enrollments and can be ended at any time.
PART 01 · THE MONEY
What you’ll pay, and when.
The full pricing structure for every tier, the special $99 sign-up pricing, and the moment your monthly subscription actually starts.
01.1 · SIGN-UP FEE
You pay $99 to sign up for Basic, Pro, or Elite.
This is special promotional pricing. Our original sign-up fees were $199 for Basic, $1,000 for Pro, and $2,000 for Elite. We dropped all three to $99 to make the door easier to walk through. The original figures still exist — they’re the reference points for the Early Termination Fee in Part 03.
Enterprise sign-up remains $3,000 and is governed by separately negotiated terms.
01.2 · MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
The monthly rates by tier.
Your monthly subscription depends on which tier you’re on. You can move between Basic, Pro, and Elite anytime — see Part 03.
01.3 · WHEN BILLING STARTS
Monthly billing begins on Integration Completion Day — not signup day.
This is one of the most customer-friendly things about how we structure subscriptions. Here’s exactly when your card gets touched:
The day you sign up: $99 sign-up fee charged. That’s it.
During the integration build: no monthly charges. Our team is configuring your tier’s applications, automations, and integrations alongside Cerbo. You’re not billed for that period.
Integration Completion Day: your tier’s monthly subscription starts. This is also when your 30-day money-back window opens (see Part 02).
Every month thereafter: normal monthly billing cycle.
“Integration Completion Day” is the legal trigger for your monthly subscription, your 30-day window, and the 12-month commitment clock. Everything starts from that day.
PART 02 · THE GUARANTEE
If it’s not for you, we send the sign-up back.
The honest version of our money-back guarantee. What we refund, what we don’t, and why.
02.1 · 30-DAY MONEY-BACK
30 days to change your mind. $99 sign-up refunded.
For Basic, Pro, and Elite enrollments, you have 30 days from Integration Completion Day to decide the platform isn’t for you. Submit a cancellation request through our support ticket system in those 30 days and we refund:
The $99 sign-up fee, in full. Every dollar of it back to your payment method.
What’s not refunded: Your first month’s subscription. It covers the month of platform access we already provisioned for you following integration completion. No prorated refund of the monthly fee is issued. No Early Termination Fee applies during the 30-day window.
This guarantee:
Applies only to Basic, Pro, and Elite — not Enterprise;
Applies only to your original enrollment — re-enrollments after a previous cancellation don’t get a fresh 30-day window.
PART 03 · THE COMMITMENT
12 consecutive months, any combination of tiers.
The shape of your commitment to us. The good news: it’s flexible. The trade: leaving before month 12 triggers an Early Termination Fee.
03.1 · THE 12-MONTH COMMITMENT
Twelve consecutive monthly subscription charges. Any tier, any combo.
By accepting the $99 promotional sign-up on Basic, Pro, or Elite, you’re committing to twelve (12) consecutive monthly subscription charges of FxMedSupport service. The commitment is to the service, not to a specific tier.
Tier changes don’t reset the clock. You can upgrade, downgrade, or jump sideways between Basic, Pro, and Elite as often as you want during your 12 months. The commitment clock keeps advancing with each consecutive monthly charge, regardless of which tier you’re on that month.
Upgrades take effect on the date of the change, billed at the prorated difference between your current tier and the new tier for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, no prorating, no fee.
03.2 · TIER FLEXIBILITY
Move up. Move down. We don’t care.
This is genuinely a perk. Most SaaS contracts lock you into the tier you started on. Ours doesn’t. You can:
Start on Basic, upgrade to Pro after seeing the value, then jump to Elite — clock keeps running;
Start on Elite, decide Pro is enough, downgrade — clock keeps running;
Bounce between all three as your needs change — clock keeps running.
The only thing that resets the 12-month clock is full cancellation of your account followed by a later re-enrollment.
03.3 · EARLY TERMINATION FEE
If you leave between Day 30 and month 12.
After the 30-day money-back window has closed but before you complete 12 consecutive monthly subscription charges, leaving early triggers an Early Termination Fee. It’s calculated as fifty percent (50%) of the original (pre-promotional) sign-up fee for your tier:
The honest framing: even if you sign up for Elite, stay 11 months, and decide to leave, you pay $1,000 instead of the original $2,000 sign-up fee. You still come out $1,000 ahead of where you’d have been a year ago. The structure protects us; the math still favors you.
The ETF is charged to the payment method on file at cancellation and is in addition to any monthly subscription charges already incurred. It’s non-refundable.
If you’ve moved between tiers, the ETF is calculated based on whichever tier you’re enrolled in at the time the cancellation request is submitted — not the tier you originally signed up on.
PART 04 · LOYALTY BENEFIT
Your 13th month is on us.
The newest piece of this agreement. We’re so confident in the long-term value of FxMedSupport on Cerbo that we’re saying it out loud: stay 12 months on Basic, Pro, or Elite and your 13th month’s base subscription is complimentary. It’s our thank-you to customers who go the distance with us.
04.1 · THE 13TH-MONTH GIFT
Complete 12 consecutive months. We waive your 13th.
The mechanics are simple. Once we’ve successfully billed and collected your 12th consecutive monthly subscription charge on Basic, Pro, or Elite, the base monthly subscription fee for the immediately following month is waived. We just don’t charge your card for that month’s subscription.
Whatever tier you’re on for the 13th month is the tier that gets comped. If you finish month 12 on Pro, you save $200. If you upgraded to Elite for month 13, you save $300. If you downgraded to Basic, you save $100. Your choice.
04.2 · WHAT THE GIFT DOES NOT COVER
Base subscription only. Resource fees still apply.
We need to be clear about this so nobody is surprised on their 13th-month invoice. The Loyalty Benefit waives only the base monthly subscription fee. Everything below continues to be billed in full during the 13th month:
Resource fees — email volume, SMS volume, patient count overages, portal phone minutes, calendar integration counts, automation runs, and any other usage-metered service;
Per-use charges and overage fees of any kind;
Custom development or work performed under separate statements of work;
Third-party fees — anything billed to you directly by Cerbo, Twilio, payment processors, etc.;
The sign-up fee, any Early Termination Fee, or any prior unpaid balance.
04.3 · WHAT “CONSECUTIVE” MEANS
The fine print on the 12-month streak.
“Twelve consecutive monthly subscription charges” means twelve successive billing cycles where your monthly fee was billed and successfully collected — without interruption.
These do NOT break the streak:
Tier changes between Basic, Pro, and Elite;
A failed or declined payment that you cure within 10 business days of the initial billing attempt.
These DO break the streak (resets count to zero):
Cancelling your account, even if you re-enroll later;
A failed or declined payment not cured within 10 business days;
Account suspension by us for non-payment, security concerns, or breach of the Terms;
Voluntary pauses, holds, or freezes of your account, for any reason.
04.4 · ONE-TIME PER ENROLLMENT
This is a milestone reward, not a recurring discount.
The Loyalty Benefit is earned once, when you complete your initial 12 consecutive monthly subscription charges. Months 14, 15, 16… are billed at the standard published rates. If you cancel and re-enroll later, the new enrollment doesn’t automatically qualify for a fresh 13th-month gift.
We may, at our discretion, offer additional loyalty rewards in the future under separate terms — but the 13th-month complimentary itself is a one-time milestone tied to your original 12-month commitment.
04.5 · LIMITED-TIME OFFER & 100-ENROLLMENT CAP
This promotion is capped at the first 100 enrollments.
We’re putting this out in the open: the 13th-Month Complimentary Loyalty Benefit is a limited-time promotional offer. It’s capped at the first one hundred (100) qualifying enrollments combined across Basic, Pro, and Elite.
Once 100 qualifying enrollments are confirmed, the Loyalty Benefit automatically closes to all subsequent new enrollments. We’ll indicate the close of the promotion on our pricing page so it’s public.
If you enroll before the cap is reached, you keep your earned benefit — closure of the promotion to new enrollments does not affect your eligibility under the terms above.
FxMedSupport may additionally end the promotion at any time before reaching the cap, at its sole discretion.
04.6 · NON-TRANSFERABLE & FORFEITURE
How the gift can be lost.
Non-transferable. The Loyalty Benefit can’t be transferred to other accounts, redeemed for cash, sold, gifted, or applied to fees other than the base monthly subscription for the qualifying 13th month. Transfers of account ownership may, at our discretion, carry an earned benefit forward to the new owner.
Forfeiture. The Loyalty Benefit is earned only upon successful billing and collection of all 12 consecutive monthly subscription charges. If your account is cancelled, suspended, or terminated before month 12 completes, the benefit is forfeited. It cannot be applied against or used to offset the Early Termination Fee.
PART 05 · CANCELLATION
How to leave, by stage.
Whatever stage you’re in — first 30 days, mid-commitment, or post-12 months — here’s exactly what happens financially when you submit a cancellation request.
05.1 · HOW TO CANCEL
One channel. In writing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our support ticket system or via email to help@fxmedsupport.com or support@fxmedsupport.com. We’ll engage with you to confirm the request and may, in good faith, attempt to understand the reason and offer alternatives. Once you confirm the request as final, we begin the deprecation process.
You can specify a future effective date, or request immediate cancellation (which triggers our standard 30-day wind-down period).
05.2 · CANCELLATION OUTCOMES BY STAGE
What happens financially, by stage.
Within the 30-day money-back window (Part 02): we refund the $99 sign-up fee in full. The first month’s subscription is non-refundable. No Early Termination Fee.
After the 30-day window, before completing 12 consecutive months: the Early Termination Fee in Part 03 applies. The current month’s subscription is non-refundable. The 13th-Month Loyalty Benefit is forfeited.
After completing 12 consecutive monthly subscription charges: 30 days’ written notice required. No Early Termination Fee. Current month’s subscription non-refundable; no prorated credit for unused time. If your 13th month hasn’t been billed yet, we honor the Loyalty Benefit by waiving the base subscription fee for that final 30-day notice period.
PART 06 · WHAT ELSE TO KNOW
Resource fees, third parties, and the boring-important stuff.
A few more things you’re agreeing to that aren’t about timing or money directly, but matter once you’re using the platform.
06.1 · RESOURCE FEES & OVERAGES
Tier thresholds, and what happens when you cross them.
Each tier (Basic, Pro, Elite, Enterprise) includes defined resource thresholds: email volume, patient count, SMS volume, portal phone minutes, calendar integrations, automation runs, and others. Usage in excess of your tier’s threshold is billed at the per-tier overage rate published on our pricing page.
You’re responsible for proactively monitoring usage against your tier’s limits. We reserve the right to adjust any resource fee at our sole discretion to ensure platform stability.
Resource fees are not waived by the 13th-Month Loyalty Benefit and continue to be billed during the 13th month and at all other times.
06.2 · THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We integrate with them. We don’t endorse them.
The platform connects to third-party services — Cerbo, Zoho, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, PayRoc, LifeFile, Heidi, Twilio, payment processors, and others. Each has its own terms. FxMedSupport is the integration layer; we don’t endorse or guarantee any third-party service beyond facilitating its integration. You’re solely responsible for your use of third-party services and for executing any required Business Associate Agreements directly with them where PHI is involved.
06.3 · ENTERPRISE TIER
Enterprise is its own thing.
Enterprise enrollments are not eligible for the $99 promotional sign-up, the 30-day money-back guarantee on the sign-up fee, or the 13th-Month Complimentary Loyalty Benefit. Enterprise is $3,000 sign-up, $500+/month, and is governed by separately negotiated terms covering custom scoping for pharmacies, labs, white-label mobile apps, and 10,000+ patient practices.
06.4 · HIPAA & PHI
The middleware doesn’t store PHI.
FxMedSupport operates as middleware between Cerbo and other systems. We do not store Protected Health Information (PHI) on our infrastructure. We store only encrypted patient ID mappings on our bifurcated AWS infrastructure, used as the consistent key by which Cerbo and other authorized systems are cross-referenced. Decryption keys live in our secure vault, accessible only to the Founder and the Lead Engineer.
If you’re a Covered Entity under HIPAA, the Business Associate Agreement governs PHI handling and is incorporated as Exhibit A to our Master Subscription Agreement.
06.5 · PRICING CHANGES
If we change pricing, you’re grandfathered.
FxMedSupport reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Active enrollments retain their original sign-up fee and Early Termination Fee structure for the duration of their initial 12-month commitment. Monthly subscription rate changes for existing enrollments take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 30 days’ written notice.
The $99 promotional sign-up remains the active offer as long as it’s published on the pricing page (subject to the 100-enrollment cap in Part 04.5).
