The only way we can continue to provide the level of live, high-touch service that many of our Basic clients expect is by evolving our support model.
That’s why, as of Monday, June 16th, the Basic Plan is now called Basic – Paid, and includes:
A one-time onboarding fee, covering setup, app integration, and training.
A monthly service fee, which secures access to scheduled live support and ensures consistent, high-quality connection from our team.
Why We Made This Change
We didn’t make this shift lightly. We truly wanted to keep offering as much as we could for free. But over time, the expectations from certain Basic – Free users began to exceed what we could sustainably support at no cost—especially when it came to real-time, live assistance.
To stay aligned with our core promise—to provide responsive, high-value customer support—we’ve created a new structure that honors both our team’s capacity and your success.
What This Means for Current Basic – Free Users
You will retain access to all the Basic-level applications you currently use.
Your support will be limited to offline ticket requests only.
If you want to upgrade and receive full scheduled live support, you can chat with FxMedSupport at any time and request to upgrade to Basic – Paid.
But What If You Still Want Live Support—Just Not Monthly?
No problem. As a Basic – Free user, you can still access live support without switching plans. Simply schedule a 45-minute paid session for $75 when you need it.
