After ten years of building inside the Cerbo ecosystem — listening, integrating, automating, leveraging — we have grown up. We are no longer a fragmented set of tools. We are the preeminent technology stack on top of the best EHR for functional and integrative medicine. And we have something to show you.

To every Cerbo provider reading this — thank you. Whether you are already part of the FxMedSupport family or you are simply a member of the Cerbo community, this message is for you. Ten years ago, we started building one tool to solve one problem. Today, we are eighty production applications deep, serving hundreds of practices across the country, and the only company that has spent a full decade developing exclusively on top of Cerbo. Every other integration platform connects to thirty EHRs. We connect to one — the master of EHRs — and we know it more intimately than any third party ever will.

Today we are stepping into our own. The look, the feel, and the way our applications operate inside Cerbo have been refined and elevated. But the bigger news is what sits behind that polish: FxMedSupport 2.0 — a fundamental shift in how we build and what we are willing to declare about who we are.

Cerbo is the brain of your practice. Brilliant at charting, scheduling, the patient portal, e-prescribing, lab integrations. We are the nervous system that carries Cerbo’s signal everywhere your practice operates. Communication. Payments. CRM. Pharmacy. Scheduling. Reporting. AI scribing. We have also grown up in a more important way. For ten years we have been reactive — saying yes to every Cerbo provider who asked us to build, integrate, automate, or leverage something Cerbo wasn’t designed to do alone. We will never stop saying yes. But starting now, we are also building proactively — applications we know practices need before they have asked for them, because we have spent a decade watching how integrative and functional medicine providers actually do their work.

Health Insight is the most powerful patient-data tool we have ever built. It looks at every piece of historical patient information inside Cerbo — vitals from the patient’s mobile app, every lab marker that has ever come in, the medications and supplements that have been started and stopped, the alternate plan items that have been initiated and concluded — and it pulls it all into one historical longitudinal timeline. Ten years of a patient’s story, in one view, overlaid with every clinical intervention.

This is documentation, yes — but more importantly, this is insight. The provider can finally answer the question they’ve always needed to answer: is what I am recommending actually working? And the patient gets to see it. Not a row of numbers on a lab report. Their own history, their own body, the protocol you’ve walked them through together, and the visible proof of where they started and where they are today.
