The deal in four bullets.
The numbered sections below are the legal terms. This box is the plain‑English version. If anything ever conflicts, the numbered sections govern — but nothing here should surprise you.
- $99 sign‑up for Basic, Pro, or Elite (special pricing). Enterprise is $3,000.
- Monthly subscription begins the day your integration is completed — not the day you sign up. From that day forward you’re billed on a normal monthly cycle.
- 30‑day money‑back guarantee from integration completion: cancel within 30 days and we refund both the $99 sign‑up AND your first monthly subscription. Every dollar back.
- 12 consecutive monthly subscription charges is the commitment — across any combination of Basic, Pro, and Elite. Move up, down, or sideways; the clock keeps running. Past 30 days, leaving early triggers the Early Termination Fee.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FxMedSupport website, platform, software, and all related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using FxMedSupport, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
About FxMedSupport
FxMedSupport provides software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) tools, workflow automation, integrations, and operational support for healthcare practices. FxMedSupport does not provide medical, clinical, or healthcare services.
Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and, if applicable, are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, or redistribute the platform or its components
- Share or resell account access
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
- Provide unauthorized access to third parties
FxMedSupport may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity performed using your credentials. FxMedSupport may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
Subscription Tiers & Pricing
FxMedSupport operates on a tiered subscription model with four levels of service. Current pricing is published at fxmedsupport.com/pricing and is reproduced below for reference:

The $99 sign‑up fee for Basic, Pro, and Elite is special promotional pricing offered in place of the original sign‑up fees of $199 (Basic), $1,000 (Pro), and $2,000 (Elite). The original sign‑up fees remain the reference figures for the Early Termination Fee calculation described in Section 10.
Sign‑Up Fee & Billing Trigger
Sign‑up fee. The sign‑up fee for your selected tier is charged to your payment method at the time of enrollment. The sign‑up fee verifies your payment method, opens your account, and covers initial onboarding work performed by FxMedSupport.
Monthly subscription begins at integration completion. Your tier’s monthly subscription is not charged on the day you sign up. Monthly subscription billing begins on the date FxMedSupport completes the technical integration of your tier’s applications, automations, and integrations. From that date forward, your tier’s monthly subscription fee recurs on a normal monthly cycle.
Authorization. By enrolling, you authorize FxMedSupport to charge your payment method on file for the sign‑up fee, recurring monthly subscription fees, any applicable resource overage fees, and any Early Termination Fee that becomes due under Section 10.
30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
For Basic, Pro, and Elite enrollments, FxMedSupport offers a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. The 30‑day window begins on the date FxMedSupport completes your integration (the same date your first monthly subscription is charged — see Section 7).
If, within those 30 days, you submit a written cancellation request through the process described in Section 11, FxMedSupport will refund both:
- The $99 sign‑up fee, and
- The first monthly subscription charge.
No Early Termination Fee applies. No prorated billing applies. The Money‑Back Guarantee returns you to the financial position you were in prior to enrollment.
Limitations. The Money‑Back Guarantee does not apply to Enterprise enrollments, which are governed by separately negotiated terms. The guarantee applies only to your original enrollment with FxMedSupport; subsequent re‑enrollments after a previous cancellation are not eligible for an additional money‑back window.
12‑Month Commitment & Tier Flexibility
By enrolling in Basic, Pro, or Elite, you commit to twelve (12) consecutive monthly subscription charges of FxMedSupport service. The commitment is to the FxMedSupport service, not to a specific tier.
Tier changes do not reset the commitment. During your 12‑month commitment, you may freely upgrade or downgrade between Basic, Pro, and Elite at any time. Changes between tiers do not extend, reduce, or reset the 12‑consecutive‑month requirement; the commitment clock continues to advance with each consecutive monthly subscription charge, regardless of which tier is being billed in that month.
Upgrades take effect on the date of the change and are billed at the prorated difference between your current tier’s monthly fee and the new tier’s monthly fee for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period and are not prorated.
What resets the clock. The only event that resets the 12‑month commitment clock is full cancellation of the account followed by a later re‑enrollment. A re‑enrolled account begins a new 12‑month commitment from the date of re‑enrollment.
Early Termination Fee
If you cancel after the 30‑day Money‑Back Guarantee window has closed but before completing your 12 consecutive monthly subscription charges, an Early Termination Fee (“ETF”) applies. The ETF is calculated as fifty percent (50%) of the original (pre‑sale) sign‑up fee for your tier:

The ETF is charged to the payment method on file at the time the cancellation is processed and is in addition to any monthly subscription charges already incurred. The ETF is non‑refundable. The ETF covers FxMedSupport’s investment in onboarding, integration build, and ongoing platform maintenance performed in reliance on your 12‑month commitment.
If your last‑billed tier at the time of cancellation differs from your originally enrolled tier, the ETF is calculated based on the tier you were enrolled in at the time the cancellation request is submitted.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through an official support ticket at help@fxmedsupport.com. The cancellation outcome depends on when the request is received:
- Within the 30‑day Money‑Back Guarantee window (Section 8): both the $99 sign‑up fee and the first monthly subscription charge are refunded. No Early Termination Fee applies.
- After the 30‑day window, before 12 consecutive monthly charges are complete: the Early Termination Fee described in Section 10 applies. The current month’s subscription is non‑refundable, and service continues through the end of the billing period in which cancellation is processed.
- After completing 12 consecutive monthly subscription charges: cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice. No Early Termination Fee applies. The current month’s subscription is non‑refundable, and prorated credits for unused time are not issued.
Pricing Changes
FxMedSupport reserves the right to change, modify, or update its sign‑up fees, monthly subscription rates, Early Termination Fees, integration fees, and resource pricing at any time and at its sole discretion.
Existing enrollments. Active enrollments retain their original sign‑up fee and Early Termination Fee structure for the duration of their initial 12‑consecutive‑month commitment period. Monthly subscription rate changes for existing enrollments will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Promotional pricing. The $99 sign‑up fee for Basic, Pro, and Elite is promotional pricing. As long as the $99 sign‑up fee is published on the official pricing page at fxmedsupport.com/pricing, it remains the active offer. FxMedSupport will provide advance written notice on the pricing page before the promotional sign‑up fee changes.
Continued use of the Service after any pricing update for new enrollments constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
Resource Fees & Overages
Each tier includes defined resource thresholds (email volume, patient count, SMS volume, portal phone minutes, calendar integrations, automation runs, and others). Usage in excess of a tier’s threshold is billed at the per‑tier overage rate published on the pricing page. FxMedSupport reserves the right to upgrade, modify, adjust, enable, disable, increase, or decrease any resource fee at its sole discretion to ensure the stability and long‑term security of the platform.
Third‑Party Services
The Service may connect with external platforms (e.g., Cerbo, Google services, cloud providers, payment processors, SMS providers). These third‑party services operate under their own policies. FxMedSupport is not responsible for their actions, data handling, service availability, or fees billed directly by them to you.
Privacy and Data Handling
FxMedSupport uses commercially reasonable technical and security measures to protect data. By using the Service, you consent to FxMedSupport’s data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. Unless separately contracted under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), FxMedSupport does not store or process Protected Health Information (PHI).
Intellectual Property
All software, features, designs, materials, and content within the FxMedSupport Service are the exclusive property of FxMedSupport. Your subscription grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service; it does not grant ownership or rights to copy, resell, or modify the platform.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FxMedSupport does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error‑free functionality, or compatibility with all systems. FxMedSupport does not provide medical advice or clinical recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FxMedSupport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. FxMedSupport’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

FXMedSupport operates on a subscription model. By enrolling, you authorize FXMedSupport to charge your payment method for recurring membership fees, integration fees, and any additional service costs. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled according to the Cancellation Policy below.
Pricing Changes
FXMedSupport reserves the right to change, modify, or update its pricing, integration fees, and subscription rates at any time and at its sole discretion. Pricing changes may take effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after any pricing update constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
Integration Fee (Non-Refundable After 24 Hours)
FXMedSupport begins technical work shortly after signup, including system configuration, integrations, cloud setup, and automation development. The integration fee becomes 100% non-refundable 24 hours after enrollment, regardless of onboarding status or usage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing through an official support ticket. A 30-day cancellation notice is required. FXMedSupport does not issue refunds or prorated credits for unused time or prepaid memberships.
Third-Party Services
