You can now sync your patient’s primary provider from inside cerbo to a Tag System inside your Shopify to be displayed for running reports, and patient primary provider identification

• New tab has been added inside the Shopify app that contains a checkbox for sync provider Tags. If the checkbox is enabled then whenever patient Main Provider Tag is updated it’ll be synced to Shopify.

• The tab contains a button to Sync All existing Active patient’s provider tag as well. We create the patient if it does not already exist on shopify. Currently the new member email is not sent when a new shopify customer is created during the sync. Also the mindbody created new pts are not synced to shopify

Note: The provider tag must be added under Tag category Main Provider. Also
