The sensitive stuff doesn’t belong on a sticky note.
Secure Note gives your practice an encrypted, password-protected place to keep the details that used to live on Post-its and in plain-text fields — with every access logged. Built for the realities of concierge medicine, right alongside the chart in Cerbo.
Exposed → masked → locked → logged
—— Why We Built It
It started with a real security incident.
Concierge and membership practices carry a different kind of sensitive data — gate codes, travel details, card numbers kept on file, the personal notes that make white-glove care possible. Too often, all of it ends up in plain sticky notes and open text fields, visible to anyone who walks past a screen.
After a real security incident at a practice we work with, we decided that wasn’t good enough. Secure Note is the answer: password-protected, encrypted storage with a full access log — purpose-built for the way concierge medicine actually operates.
—— What It Does
Sensitive by nature. Secure by design.
Password-protected
Notes stay locked behind a password, so a glance at the screen never exposes what’s inside.
Encrypted storage
Content is encrypted at rest — not sitting in a plain field where anyone with access could read it.
Every access logged
A full audit trail records who opened a note and when — accountability you can actually point to.
Right in the workflow
Secure Note lives alongside the chart in Cerbo, so your team reaches for it instead of a Post-it — no extra tab, no separate tool.
Made for your team
The intelligent staff who run concierge care get a safe, shared place for sensitive details — without leaving them exposed.
Off the sticky notes
The details that drifted onto Post-its and open fields finally have one secure, logged home.
—— Built for the Realities of Concierge Care
The details that deserve protection.
The information concierge practices keep on hand — now kept safely instead of in the open.
The Standard
Three things every sensitive note should be.
None of them describe a sticky note.
Locked
Password-protected, so it’s never readable at a glance.
Encrypted
Protected at rest, not sitting in plain text.
Logged
Every access recorded, so there’s always an answer to “who saw this?”
—— Questions
Good to know.
Where does Secure Note live?
Right alongside the chart in Cerbo, inside the workflow your team already uses — so reaching for a secure note is as easy as reaching for a sticky one used to be.
What makes it more secure than a regular note field?
Secure Note is password-protected and encrypted, and every time a note is opened it’s recorded in an access log. A plain field offers none of those protections.
Can we see who viewed a note?
Yes. The access log gives you an audit trail of who opened a note and when — the accountability concierge practices need.
What should we put in it?
Anything sensitive that used to end up on a sticky note or in an open field — card numbers kept on file, gate and alarm codes, travel logistics, and the personal details that make concierge care possible.
Why did FxMedSupport build this?
Because we saw the risk firsthand. After a real security incident at a practice we work with, we built Secure Note so sensitive information would never have to sit in the open again.
