This one started as our own tool. We needed reliable email infrastructure for our operations, built it properly, and realized our clients needed the same thing. So we made it available to practices — the same dependable plumbing, on your terms.
And it follows the rule we like best: practices own their accounts. The default is Amazon AWS SES, because honestly most practices don’t need deep analytics — they need email that arrives. For the ones who do want opens, clicks, and deliverability detail, SendGrid or Twilio email service slots right in. Right-sized, not over-sold.
