Two problems kept showing up. Providers were calling patients from personal lines with *67 blocking the number — and patients, sensibly, don’t answer calls from “Unknown.” Meanwhile practices were paying $300 to $500 a month for a separate phone system that still didn’t solve it.
So we built a fully integrated phone system across Cerbo, mobile, and VoIP via Twilio. Every call goes out from the practice’s own number, so patients recognize it and pick up. We price it as a loss leader by design — the value isn’t the line item, it’s the connected patients on the other end.
