Portal Kanban Board. See the work move.
A Trello-style project board built right into FxMedSupport — cards, projects, notes, and user assignments your whole team can see at a glance. Drag a card from idea to done, and watch your practice’s work flow.
To Do → Doing → Done
—— Why We Built It
Released early — on purpose.
Practices run on projects: onboarding a new patient program, launching a service, chasing down a dozen little to-dos. So we built a Trello-style board right inside FxMedSupport — cards, projects, notes, and user assignments, all in one visual place.
It’s an MVP, and we’re proud of that. We released it early because real practices teach us what features actually matter — far better than guessing in isolation ever could. Every team that uses it shapes where it goes next.
—— What It Does Today
Your practice’s work, on one board.
Cards & columns
Capture each piece of work as a card and move it across columns — the simple, visual way to see what’s in flight and what’s done.
Projects
Group related cards into projects, so a whole initiative lives in one place instead of scattered across notes and chats.
Notes
Attach the context to the card — details, decisions, and reminders stay with the work instead of getting lost.
User assignments
Assign cards to the right team members so everyone knows what’s theirs — no more “I thought you had it.”
Inside FxMedSupport
It lives where your team already works alongside Cerbo — no separate project tool, no extra subscription to manage.
Growing with you
This is an MVP, evolving fast. The features that land next are the ones practices tell us they actually need.
Built In The Open
Real practices teach us
what features matter.
We’d rather get a useful tool into your hands early and shape it around how you actually work, than polish something in isolation for a year. The Portal Kanban Board grows from real use — and your feedback is the roadmap.
—— Questions
Good to know.
What can it do right now?
Today it gives you cards, projects, notes, and user assignments on a visual board — the core of a Trello-style workflow, inside FxMedSupport.
Why release an MVP instead of waiting?
Because real practices teach us what features matter. Shipping early lets us learn from how teams actually use it, so what we build next is genuinely useful rather than a guess.
Will it keep getting better?
Yes — it’s actively evolving. New capabilities are prioritized around the feedback and usage we see from practices.
Can I tell you what I need?
Please do. That’s the whole point of releasing it early — your input directly shapes the roadmap.
Where does it live?
Right inside FxMedSupport, alongside the Cerbo workflow your team already uses — no separate project-management tool to adopt.
Move the work from idea to done.
Cerbo is the best EHR in functional medicine. Always has been. Always will be.
