Empower is part of the LifeFile Compounding Pharmacy family, and compounding is not one-size-fits-all. Each pharmacy requires its own integration — different franchises, different rules, different ways a prescription has to arrive and be handled. A generic connection doesn’t cut it.
So we built this one to fit Empower specifically. Providers stay in Cerbo to write the prescription; it creates in draft mode inside Empower’s system; and the pharmacy completes verification on their end. The provider’s workflow never leaves Cerbo, and the pharmacy keeps full control of the final check.
