A water pipe broke. The clock was ticking.
A water pipe broke in an IV clinic. The team needed to reach only the patients scheduled that week — fast — to let them know. The built-in answer at the time was, essentially, “do it one at a time.” In an emergency, that’s not an answer at all.
So we built it. True bulk email — it sends individually to each patient, not a single BCC blast — so every message is a real, personal email. What started as an emergency tool has since evolved into beautiful templates, scheduling, and full newsletters, replacing the need for a separate standalone email-marketing platform.
