Portal Scheduler (No-Login). Let them see it before they sign in.
Some patients won’t log in until they see something worth logging in for. So we let them see the available appointments first — then engage with security to book. Drop-off plummets, and your provider’s schedule integrity stays fully protected.
See open times → pick one → quick secure confirm → booked
—— Why We Built It
A login wall asks for commitment before it offers a reason.
Here’s the friction: some patients won’t log in until they see something worth logging in for. A scheduler that demands a sign-in first is asking for effort before it has earned any — and a meaningful share of would-be bookings simply leave at that wall.
So we used a bit of “reverse psychology” on the Cerbo architecture. The patient sees available appointments first, then engages with security to book. The value comes before the ask — drop-off plummets, and the provider’s schedule integrity stays fully protected the entire time.
—— What It Does
Value first. Security right behind it.
Available times, shown first
The patient lands and immediately sees real open appointments — no wall, no friction, just a reason to keep going.
Security when it matters
Only once they’ve chosen a time do they engage with security to confirm — the protection is there, exactly where it belongs.
Drop-off plummets
By showing value before asking for a login, far fewer patients abandon partway — more of the people who wanted to book actually do.
Schedule integrity protected
Browsing freely never means booking freely — the provider’s real schedule rules stay fully enforced behind the secure step.
Reverse psychology, by design
It flips the usual order on purpose — offering the reward before the request, the way people actually decide to commit.
Built on Cerbo’s architecture
It works with Cerbo’s own scheduling underneath — the appointments are real, the booking is real, the record stays the single source of truth.
The Psychology Of The Click
Give them the reason before the request.
People commit once they can see what they’re committing to. Show the open times first and the login stops feeling like a barrier — it becomes the natural next step toward an appointment they already want. Value first, security right behind it.
Fewer drop-offs. A schedule you can trust.
Cerbo is the best EHR in functional medicine. Always has been. Always will be.
