The question that started a company.
Before anything else, there was a single idea: what if the supplements a provider recommends just appeared in the patient’s cart — on their own? No printed list, no hunting for products, no friction between the advice and the purchase. We’d passively listen to what the provider recommended and automatically place those items in the patient’s shopping cart.
The patient opens their cart, sees exactly what was recommended, and taps checkout. That was it — application number one. Every integration, automation, and tool we’ve built since traces back to this first one. It’s where FxMedSupport began.
