A simple observation started it all: if you schedule an appointment, you’ll need an encounter to document it. So we built it — the encounter appears the moment the appointment does. Cerbo has since made this native, and we couldn’t be prouder of where the idea began.

It started with one simple observation.
This was one of the very first applications we ever built. The insight was almost obvious in hindsight: if you schedule an appointment, you’ll need an encounter to document it. So why make anyone create that encounter by hand? We made it appear automatically, the moment the appointment was booked.
Cerbo has since added native Auto Encounter — and honestly, we are honored it began with us. The platform we love got better, and that’s exactly the point. We’ve since moved upstream to Auto Chart Prep, taking the same instinct even further.
