We’re excited to announce our newest integration: Cerbo into Spruce Health! 🎉 This release makes patient management faster, more connected, and easier for your practice.

This integration offers a seamless connection between your Cerbo CRM system and Spruce Health. Simply add your API key once, activate it, and you’re ready to go. From there, when you create a new patient in Cerbo, their information instantly appears in Spruce Health with no extra steps.

The sync includes all essential patient details such as first & last name, email address, date of birth, gender, phone number, zip code, medical practice name, and unique Cerbo ID.

Getting started is simple: open the FX Med Support App, navigate to Available Apps → CRM → Spruce Health, enter your API key, and activate it. Once you create a patient in Cerbo, you’ll instantly see the new patient inside Spruce Health’s system—all synced automatically, no double entry required.

In our example, after adding a patient in Cerbo with their email, date of birth, zip code, and other details, the same patient appeared in Spruce Health immediately, complete with their Cerbo ID for direct linkage and tracking.
