A client built a real audience on Thinkific — people taking online courses who were, in many cases, future patients. They put the idea plainly: “when something happens at Thinkific, they should become a patient in Cerbo with appropriate invites.” The learners and the patients were the same people; the systems just didn’t know it.
So we connected them in both directions. A meaningful Thinkific event creates a patient in Cerbo with the right invitations — and it works the other way too: add a tag in Cerbo and the patient is invited to a Thinkific course automatically. Learning and care, finally in step.
