Grandfather Pricing
Thank you for being with us. Thank you for being loyal. Thank you for allowing us to grow and mature with you as a client. When you upgrade to 2.0, your price does not jump to the new rate. It moves up incrementally — and stays there for at least a year.
You were here for 1.0.
If you were an FxMedSupport client on 1.0 and you are now upgrading to 2.0, you qualify for grandfather pricing. This is our way of honoring the time you have given us.
Your tier stays the same.
Pro clients stay on Pro. Elite clients stay on Elite. Enterprise stays on Enterprise. Your rate moves to a loyalty price — not to the full 2.0 rate.
Secure for a year, minimum.
Your grandfather rate holds for at least 12 months. After that, we will bring you to current 2.0 pricing — with advance notice. No surprises.
Locked for a minimum of 12 months from your upgrade date.

Your current Enterprise pricing is held for a minimum of 12 months from your 2.0 upgrade — regardless of your starting rate.
* Enterprise pricing varies by client. Regardless of where your current Enterprise agreement sits, we are committed to holding your existing rate for at least 12 months from your 2.0 upgrade date.
Grandfather pricing is reserved for Pro, Elite, and Enterprise clients upgrading from FxMedSupport 1.0 to 2.0. Basic tier is not included in the loyalty program.
After approximately 12 months, your account will transition to current 2.0 pricing.
