Bulk Patient Status Edit. Stop doing it one at a time.
Need to inactivate everyone who hasn’t visited in three years? Select patients by parameters and adjust their status in a single sweep — instead of opening hundreds of records one by one.
Filter → select the matches → flip status in bulk
—— Why We Built It
Some changes shouldn’t take an afternoon.
Practices sometimes need to bulk inactivate a subset of patients — like everyone who hasn’t visited in three years. Done one record at a time, that’s an afternoon lost to clicking through the same screens over and over.
So we made it a single action: select by parameters and bulk adjust status. It originally lived inside Automator, and we released it as a standalone tool so any practice could reach for it the moment they need a clean sweep.
—— What It Does
Hundreds of records, one clean sweep.
Select by parameters
Define the subset you mean — like no visit in three years — and the tool gathers exactly those patients for you.
Adjust status in bulk
Flip the whole matched set at once — active to inactive, or whatever the situation calls for — in a single confirmed action.
Minutes, not an afternoon
What used to mean opening record after record becomes a quick, deliberate sweep — the time difference is enormous.
You review before you commit
See exactly which patients match before the change applies — so a bulk action stays intentional, never a blind flip.
From Automator, set free
It began as part of Automator and graduated into a standalone tool — so you can use it on its own, whenever a clean-up is due.
Works with your Cerbo data
It acts on the patient records already in Cerbo — no exports, no spreadsheets, no risky workarounds.
The Difference
One at a time, or all at once.
The work is the same either way — the cost is wildly different. Bulk Patient Status Edit turns a repetitive, error-prone afternoon into a single, reviewable action you can trust.
Select the set. Change it in one move.
Cerbo is the best EHR in functional medicine. Always has been. Always will be.
