The welcome-back fee
Couldn’t be simpler.
No re-initiation games, no penalty for having left. Here’s the entire rule:
You pay the current promotional price for whatever tier you want — the exact same deal everyone else is getting today.
You pay the list price shown on the website for that tier. That’s it.
Whatever pricing is live the day you come back is exactly what you pay.
A friendly heads-up on tiers
Pick the right tier now — it saves you later.
Once you’re active again, you get a 30-day grace window to move up a tier at no cost. After those first 30 days, tier increases carry an upgrade fee. That’s why we always recommend re-joining at the tier that fits where your practice is actually headed — not the smallest one that gets you in the door.

We send your credentials
We email you a unique username and password for our user — you’ll add us to your Cerbo with those exact details (see below).
We build the connection
Our team reconnects FxMedSupport to your Cerbo and gets everything wired and leveraged.
You add payment & go live
Add your payment right inside the FxMedSupport system — and you’re up and running.
Granting access
Make us a user in your Cerbo.
To begin integrating your practice, our team needs admin access inside your Cerbo system. We’ll send you a confirmation email shortly with your unique username and password for our user. Once you receive that email, log in to your Cerbo Admin and add us as a new user using exactly the details below.
