The Provider Autoblock Scheduling System automatically adds customized blocks of time immediately after a scheduled appointment—based on the provider’s preferences and appointment type.

🔧 How It Works
Each provider can easily configure auto-block rules based on appointment types: (Examples)

🧍 60-minute 1-on-1 ➜ add 30-minute charting block

👥 60-minute 2-on-1 ➜ add 45-minute recovery or admin block

👨👨👧 60-minute 3-on-1 ➜ add 60-minute full post-appointment buffer
Once set, the system automatically injects a non-patient “Scheduled Block” time slot after each matching appointment. These blocks are not/but could be assigned to patients and don’t but could affect portal visibility—they simply & definitely protect your time.
Schedule a 60-minute appointment → Watch as the Provider AutoBlock is instantly added to the provider’s calendar.
